Job Responsibilities :
- To drive end to end Human Resource Management for JIO centers in an individual contributory role, reporting to the State Head HR.
- Identify human resources needs and Collaborate with the BU to implement HR generalist and employee administration support to the last Operational Mile, in line with State HQ.Managing end to
end hiring, attrition management and on boarding of candidates based on state projections. - Adherence to Hiring guidelines.Responsible for HR Business partner support to employees and execution of HR initiative for area Office-Organization, along with managing employee relation activities, advise managers on employee issues and resolutions.
- Prime Focus would be to Support and facilitate Performance Management and operational improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for employee engagement programs Support in implementation and execution of human resources policies and programs for State Organization.
- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR Policies for smooth area operations.Respond to routine questions on Human Resource policies and procedures and identify potential issues raised by organization employees and people managers.
- Proactiveand good Listener to connect with individuals at every level of the area and state organization chart.
- Adhere to HR governance when maintaining HR data, transfers and compliance with ability to deliver in tight spots and under deadlines with a drive for HR SLA#s for the BU to ensure 100% completion.
Education Requirement :
Masters Degree / Diploma in Human ResourcesGraduate in Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineering
Experience Requirement :
7 to 10 yrs
